I have the auth hypno kit with Poku. I think he left shortly after I received it.I've got a long sleeved Poku. That being said, I wish I got a blank one (and maybe short sleeved).

Last I heard he was playing in a beer money league in Gibraltar.
The thing is, other than a few moments of excitement, the flame was never really on.I would watch a 30 minute ESPN documentary on Poku. Just completely flamed out
This is the kind of content our guys need to be doing.
Yup, one more step down the road towards the enshittification of the internet and modern society. Feels like if you're running a business or a company it's almost corporate negligence to not have your own Mastodon instance. CFG can afford it, and MLS should do it as well. Can't count on Twitter any more, even if they do happen to walk back this latest thing.twitter seemingly new policy doesn't let non-twitter users or non-logged in twitter users, view any tweets. guess i can't follow NYCFC social media anymore other than youtube.
While I've never had a Twitter account, is this really all that wrong? Does Twitter monetize embedded or shared tweets in anyway? Would it be that unusual for them to try to encourage the many people who utilize Twitter via third parties (me, seemingly everyone on Reddit) to actually enter their business?
I've long felt as though Twitter wasn't really a necessary app as everything could be done on other apps, but it does seem as though tons of people use(d) Twitter without actually using Twitter.
Do you like the Amazing Plays/Utter Crap subforums? Sorry dude, but 98% of that will now be invisible to you unless you agree to see all their ads and supply your personal information (with consent to track you and sell your info all over the universe). I get it, but is there any other platform that will host data (posts, photos, videos) at Twitter's scale to be displayed on third party sites with no chance of monetization?Do you like the Amazing Plays/Utter Crap subforums? Yes, absolutely. Mastodon. It's Twitter-like, but there's no advertising, no monetization, and no algorithms. And there's also micro.blog, although that's a little different as it's a paid service, maybe $5 a month. Not quite the same thing but it does exist.I get it, but is there any other platform that will host data (posts, photos, videos) at Twitter's scale to be displayed on third party sites with no chance of monetization?
Buying Twitter was silly, as it was a money losing platform to begin with, but it had to be assumed they would have to seek profitability at some point (Musk or no Musk) and something like this would happen eventually.
While I really haven't spent much time before/after Musk to have a personal opinion, you are far from the first person I've heard say that. Even people who dislike Musk have told me "I hate to admit it, but it's actually getting better by the day."I don't really want to get into a giant Twitter/Musk discussion so I actually won't. But, Twitter is so much better now. Out.
I've heard Mastodon is fairly complicated and limited largely to the techy community. Also, would they continue to act totally freely if they got to the scale of Twitter?Yes, absolutely. Mastodon. I don't really want to get into a giant Twitter/Musk discussion but the short version is he outlawed bot accounts so now the National Weather service can no longer warn you about hurricanes or tornadoes unless they fork over multiple thousands of dollars per month. He also destroyed the blue check verification system, so now I could pay $8 a month and register something like NWSnewyorkcity and post all the fake hurricanes, tornadoes, and Godzilla rampages I want and have a nice official blue check next to it all.
It's really been a bit of a disaster.
