I thought it may be helpful to have a thread where folks can more contemporaneously post where they are on game days both while attending home games or viewing away games, separate from the more general threads about where various supporter groups and forums will be drinking pre-game or where the viewing parties are. Most of us don't know each other off the forum, so it's hard to meet up with people on short notice unless you met before or know the person behind the forum name. So it could be helpful to be able to be more specific at various times if any of us are looking to hang, grab a drink, etc. For example, you can simply state where you are (whether it's a bar, section or even vendor within the stadium) at any time and try to rally some folks to meet up. Folks can reply that they are going to come by, and you can even describe yourself or send a personal message. I was in the stadium early yesterday and would have loved to grab some beers with anyone already inside, but there was/is not an easy way to facilitate that. Just a thought.
