It doesn't bother me that they have someone on loan from another team, but it bothers me that we don't send them someone like Awuah who has yet to make an 18
But like your previous message says, do we really know that this is PV and CR's decision, because the talk seems to be that it's SAFC rejecting the options.

It's a long season my brother.
It's a partnership in name only. No players of coaches from NYCFC down there.
Why even bother?
I believe MLS rules make it mandatory to have a link of some kind with a USL team. There used to be rules too that said that each team had to pass a minimum number of players to the USL affiliate on loan each season, but that clearly has fallen by the wayside in recent years.
Who knows, perhaps SAFC actually agreed to the affiliation precisely because they knew NYCFC would offer zero interference and would leave them completely alone. Maybe that was what they wanted from the partnership? It clearly hasn't hurt them, after all.
