Aduriz, maybe, but he's already 35. It was announced that Torres plans to stay at Atletico. Tevez chose to go back to Argentina when he had offers from bigger clubs last year so one would assume that's where he want to be. He also didn't depart MCFC on the best terms so even if he was interested in the MLS I doubt it would be with a CFG controlled team.
Higuain isn't going anywhere. Adding to what Shawn S said, Higuain just tied the Serie A season record for most goals in a season with 36. The record he tired is from 1926. Also, no other player in the league even had 20 goals. I think it's a safe bet that the only thing Napoli cared out with regards to Copa was him getting through it without picking up a serious injury.
