Timbers Postmatch

I'm not at training, so I have no idea what Ballouchy has done to merit playing time. Whatever it was, it kept Poku nailed to the end of the bench.......again.

Hernandez and Saunders kept us in it.
Allen with the through-ball of the year to Villa, fired us up.
Pirlo with a clutch assist, to Tommy Mac for a laid-back golazo.

What a win.

Happy birthday to me.
How Clutch is Clutch?? That's On Fleek!

Mix Shaved !! Andrea Your Next Baby for God Sake Git Rid of that thing so i can see your God Given Beautiful face again!!

I'm learning to love Jason Hernandez. That's awesome. Definitely stepping it up this year.

For the next thread -- Wednesday's lineup is going to be interesting. I assume no Pirlo. I think Lopez was a non-factor. I think Poku may get some run.

It's fun to be good.

Don't need to be at practice to understand
god damn this feels fucking great. MOTM = PV

Agree I love PV. We are lucky to have him. Stuck with it and we have a 3 game win streak as a reward. Now we just need a win over RB.

- That Allen pass to Villa was amazing.
- TMac's shot also amazing. Loved Pirlo's casual assist too.
- Felt like we couldn't do anything most of the first half, but somehow played great defense and held on. Matarrita continues to be a beast. RJ was good. Feel like we've come a long way in the middle... feels good to have Brillant and Hernandez back there.
- Can't believe I'm saying this, but Saunders was good.
- Khiry was not good. Weakest player for us today.

How's this feel? 9 points ahead of where we were at this time last season. (Still haven't forgotten the extra time goal off a corner by Montreal...that sure does sting right now.)
