2017 General MLS Transfer Rumors

Amid all the rumors that Chicago will be signing Juan Quintero, now there are also rumors that they may grab Jakub Blaszczykowski.

They probably have enough GAM/TAM saved up over the last few years to pay Accam down and add Blasz as a DP.

Well that would make us all right fucked, wouldn't it?

They've been a selling team for so long that no one really knows how deep their warchest is. They could theoretically maintain or increase their current level of allocation money spending for a few seasons. That's without the part where everyone is getting even more GAM next year.

If we're going to win it with Villa, it pretty much needs to be this year while there are still holes in Chicago's lineup.

While I usually don't love the older player thing, this will be great for the league. I have no concerns about his knee after his doctors had asked to study him following his career because they had never seen a superhuman knee like his. It will be a fun show.

that never actually happened. It was a BS rumor.

ETA: confirmed by his doctor that he never said that. It was all a rumor by you guessed it, his agent, the one and only Mino Raiola.

I think you're next for research, same phantom doctors that want to research his knee want to research your head because after seeing your gullibility to such an obvious fabrication they realized they have never seen such superhuman intelligence like yours. Makes for a fun thread.

True or not, the guy has proven that he's relatively ageless and can still perform at a high level. Plus he's an entertaining character.

His personality alone will be a boom for this league
