do these "both stadiums" and "citi/yankee" bullets overlap? i.e. is "4 at both stadiums" + "7 at CF" = 4+7 = 11, or does that mean 4 (two are part of the other) + 5 or something like that.

Fair question.

The "both stadiums" figure is not included in the figures for either stadium alone. So, if you add all three together, you get the total number of Saturdays available to play at one or the other. The answer is 18.

So this means that, barring rescheduling of yankee/mets games, we should theoretically be able to fit our home season into just these two? That's good.
(not including cups)

Well... maybe.

First, of the 18 slots for regular season games, 4 of those are consecutive in Feb/March, so we likely won't be hosting more than two of those. Still that leaves room for us to do, say 14 Saturday home games and then 3 Wednesday home games and have a little cushion.

Second, as you mention, the baseball games can get rescheduled. I didn't get around to indicating which of the free Saturdays could get pinched if a game is rescheduled to a Monday, but it's probably about half.

Since we aren't defending our Campeones Cup, and since we aren't in Champions League, there should be a lot more slack in the schedule to help with those.

I do think we are going to end up playing a Leagues Cup game somewhere strange.

From season review email from Brad Sims:

"Yankee Stadium will continue to be our primary venue next season, but we’re looking forward to playing a few more games in Queens at Citi Field, helping our fans get the feel for our future matchday experience once our stadium is built."
