• The excitement of June in the lead up to Pirlo.
• The Pirlo to Villa goal. (Should have been MLS goal of the year.)
• Poku!!!
• The supreme irony of a late season Grabavoy brace.
• The late season run that gave a tiny final shred of hope to the fading season.
• roxfontaine providing leadership to The Third Rail.
• NYCFC_Dan MagnusPax Falastur einwindir and any other people responsible for this forum.

• The people on this forum I feel like I know even though we've never met.

I'm very thankful for the collection of knuckleheads that has cobbled together in the back rows of Section 234 making Season 1 bearable and indeed FUN. I can only imagine if the football climbs above the level of shit, what a time we will have. *Does silly sign of the cross thingy* Amen.

As evidence of my implicit thankfulness for said entities, I submit my post from June 20 in the Pirlo thread:

Well, it's one better, isn't it? It's not ten. You see, most clubs, you know, will be signing transfers at ten. You're on ten here, all the way up, all the way up, all the way up, you're on ten on your new signings. Where can you go from there? Where?

Nowhere. Exactly. What we do is, if we need that extra push over the cliff, you know what we do?

- Put it up to eleven.

Then you're not thankful Calle was injured so often, huh? He could cook up a Row Z especial as well as anyone in the world. And his shamelessness in doing so was something to be commended. Usually, a player requires a basis of belief to fire 40 yarders. Not that guy.
