Yep -- that's my guess. After the Malte and Thiago dramas, they probably decided to just not confirm any of these mid-season signings until guys were already here.
I think it's really interesting to see how our acquisition strategy has changed. We are now primarily going after almost all exclusively young players. Trying to develop young, exciting talent. It's a high-risk, high-reward strategy, but it's an exciting one because if these kids can all play we will be one of the more fun teams in MLS. Obviously our team is going to be on a razor's edge game-to-game since young players tend to be inconsistent, but I really look forward to seeing how we develop these players.
We'll definitely drop our next 9 points and only score once.
Callens gonna be on international duty for some time for Copa America. June13- July 10 is the tournament
Once these new guys are fully integrated into the team, who do you think starts and subs going forward?

If you know, how deep is Peru expected to go in the tournament?
If I’m gonna be honest every time someone says his name I sometimes hear “Tall ass mango”
not all squads are announced yet but considering that 4/5 teams in the group make the next round i expect at least a Quarterfinal game ( second round) for Peru, even if some are saying its not a full strength Peruvian NT.
8 of 10 teams make the quarterfinals, so it's a safe bet they play on July 2/3, when, if things hold to form, they'll play either Argentina or Uruguay.
did you purposefully leave out Heber and Gideon? Heber at least looks like he's on the road back. I'm sure gideon will reinjure something.
EDIT: Vuk and Jasson too..
He'll need to have a negative test within 3 days of leaving Brazil and another one 3-5 days after returning. No need to quarantine with the first negative test and no symptoms.
With no callens, Ibby can step in. Then we still have Vuk (though unproven, is still a CB) and Gray.
3 backup CBs is plenty of depth, no?
